The GS cutting system is the latest product from Langsu, the leader in diemaking equipment. With a full complement of cutting and creasing tools, it is an extremely versatile cutting system. With a large range of sizes, the machine includes advanced tooling, laser registration device, powerful vacuum hold-down, quiet operation and a built-in safety beam. The system includes a PC front end with Windows graphical user interface. This front end allows users to use the system
as an independent off-line production system or as a CAD peripheral, compatible with all major CAD systems on the market today. State of the art electronics include digital servo controls for high- precision results. Rugged construction insures reliability and longevity.

 The machine uses the high performance control system to reach high speed and high precision operation. It can cut all kinds of corrugated board, card paper, craft paper, plastic materials, PVC materials, leather, cloth, lather, sponge and so on, and also can be plot in them.

     Corrugated   With a cutting depth of 15mm, even the thickest grades can be cut. Powerful tangential capabilities with multiple width configurations provide excellent creasing from the thinnest microflute to the thickest doublewall      

    Carton     For fine cutting and creasing or carton board, the table offers two cutting options and variable creasing tools. Simulate a counter crease in combination with precision cutting for production quality samples that are hard to beat

    Plastics   The tangential and swivel cutting tools offer smooth, precision cutting of PVC, polyproylene and other thicker corrugated materials. The plastics creasing tool is ideal for all polymer based products

    Presentation  Cutting, creasing, scoring and pouncing capabilities make the table ideal for presentation applications where various techniques are required for sample making. Cut and score heavy board and paper wraps for fancy box prototypes and many other applications

    Display          The large format options combined with the advanced tooling capabilities of the GS Series 6 tables make them ideally suited to display applications.
